What rules do I need to be aware of?

No continuous engine running, but you may turn car on as needed for warmth. No car lights may be on during the movie. No smoking of any kind is permitted.

Do you have restrooms?

Yes, restrooms are located inside of our facility.

What is your refund policy?

ALL Requests for refunds will be honored with a 1x ticket transferred to a new date, time, or movie at same location in near future.  For those customers with “urgent” or “extreme” circumstances (family emergency, etc.,) please place “urgent and/or extreme circumstance refund request” in Header of email and contact the email address above and to the right for a refund. Please DO NOT mark purchase as fraud or initiate a credit card dispute as this is costly and time consuming, and we will work with you.  Thank you for your attention to this.

How do I order food?

You can order food online using the QR code provided on-site or directly through our website. Our team will bring your order straight to your car.

What happens if it rains?

We’ve got you covered! Our drive-in operates rain or shine, and your vehicle will be in a covered or protected area so that you can enjoy the movie no matter the weather.

Is outside food allowed?

No, outside food and beverages are not permitted. We offer a wide variety of food and drink options through our ChiTown Grille, delivered right to your car.

How do I listen to the movie?

We broadcast the movie’s audio directly to your vehicle’s FM radio (or bring a handheld radio). Tune in to 89.9FM to enjoy premium sound.

When should I arrive for my screening?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime to secure the best spot. If you arrive late, our attendants will guide you to the available parking spots.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! ChiTown Drive-In is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry companions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Are promotions ongoing?

No, all promotions are clearly labeled in our email, marketing, or social media posts. Once a promotion is over, it is final, and there are no ongoing perpetual promotions.

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available online via our website or Universe.com. Select your movie, date, and time, and purchase a ticket for your vehicle. Each ticket is valid for 1 vehicle entry with up to 5 occupants.

Can I record the movie?

No. All of our movies are provided by authorized distributors and studios. Recording or videoing for commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.

How many people does one ticket cover?

Each ticket is valid for one vehicle entry and includes up to 1 family or 5 occupants.

Buy Tickets

  • Purchase Online: Tickets must be purchased online through our website or Universe.com. Each ticket covers one vehicle with up to 1 family or a maximum of 5 occupants.
  • Fully Transferable: We offer flexible rescheduling options (more details in FAQs above). Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
  • Special Events: Keep an eye on our website for limited-time special events and themed nights.
  • Arrive

  • Parking: Gates open 30 minutes before showtime. Make sure to arrive early for the best parking spots. Our attendants will direct you to your section of rows. You can choose your space within those rows on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Tune In: Once parked, tune into your FM radio at 89.9 for premium sound directly from your car's speakers.
  • Rain or Shine: The show goes on, rain or shine! We provide coverage, so you won’t miss a thing.
  • Order Food

  • ChiTown Grille: Enjoy a delicious menu featuring tacos, wings, burgers, nachos, and movie classics like fresh buttered popcorn.
  • How to Order: Use our contactless ordering system by scanning the QR code provided on-site or simply order from our website. Our staff will deliver the food directly to your vehicle.
  • Outside Food: Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted on-site. We have plenty of tasty options at the Grille!
  • Enjoy!

    Sit back, relax, and enjoy the movie! You can adjust your car seats or even bring blankets to make your experience extra cozy. We kindly ask that you turn off your headlights during the film to avoid disrupting other guests' viewing.
